How do I order parts? |

We have made it easy to order your parts. We have created an online parts
and accessories catalog with the parts that we sell. There are a few items
that we have not put on the site. If you cannot find what you are looking
for, let us know and we will give you a price for that part. |

Where will my parts ship from? |
|
We are located in Fife, Washington. It's
a small town between Seattle and Tacoma. The parts and accessories we ship-out
arrive in less that 6 working days. |
|

How long will it take for me to get my parts? |
|
If the part is in stock,
we will ship it out that day. If not, we will order your part or accessory
from Infiniti on an expedited status and ship it out as soon as it arrives
from the factory. Once the package ships, you should receive it in less
that 6 days. |

Can I install my accessories or take them to the dealer? |
|
Most of the
accessories we sell come with detailed instructions and most people can
install them without any hassle. Things like spoilers should be taken to
a body shop where they do these kinds of items all the time. The items
in our OEM parts catalog do NOT come with instructions and you will need
mechanical experience to install them, except for things like wiper blades
and air filters. |

What credit cards do you accept? |

We take Visa and Master Card. |

Do you take PayPal? |
|
At this time, we do not take PayPal. |

Why are your parts and accessories so cheap? |
|
We have to be cheap (inexpensive)
because we want you to purchase parts from us that you would normally by
from somewhere else. |

Do your parts and accessories come with a warranty? |
|
All of the parts
we sell are Genuine Infiniti and come with the factory warranty that is
good at any dealer in the US. Just make sure you hold on to your receipt.
If you do not get one with your order, please let us know. For security,
we only hold them for 45 days for the time you place your order. |

Can I return something I don't like? |
|
Sure, just so it has not been installed,
altered, painted, broke, or electrical. Also, it must be returned in 20
days from the time you receive it from us. |

Where is my VIN? |
|
This is that 17 character plate that is on the drivers
side dash board that you can see through the window. It is also located
on paperwork that you may have, like your registration, insurance card,
or title. |

Why Infiniti parts and accessories? |
|
The parts and accessories that are
made by Infiniti are made to fit your car. They have been produced to work
exactly as when your car was purchased new from the dealer. The parts will
last longer, fit better, will not rust, and come with the factory warranty.
Most of the time, its the remainder of your new car warranty (whichever
is longer) See your local dealer for details. |

I've got an older Infiniti, do you have accessories for them? |
|
Sure, we can get any part that Infiniti still makes. If you have the
first Infiniti make, we can get parts for it. If Infiniti does not make
them anymore, we can try to find them at a dealer in the US. |
